Buy Now, Pay Later

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Policy of 7/11ICE

At 7/11ICE, we offer a convenient Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) option to make your shopping experience even better. Please read the following terms carefully before choosing this payment method.

1. Eligibility

  • BNPL is available to customers aged 18 or older with a valid ID and a verifiable billing address.
  • Approval for BNPL is subject to a credit check or other verification processes.

2. How BNPL Works

  • The total purchase amount is divided into equal installments over an agreed period (e.g., weekly or monthly).
  • The first installment is due at checkout, and subsequent payments will be automatically charged to your selected payment method.
  • You will receive a detailed payment schedule at the time of purchase.

3. Late Payments and Penalties

  • Payments must be made on time according to the agreed schedule.
  • If a payment is missed, a reminder will be sent, and a late fee of €25 may be applied to your account.
  • If the outstanding balance remains unpaid after 30 days, 7/11ICE reserves the right to impose a penalty of €2,500 for breach of contract.
  • Unpaid accounts may be referred to a collection agency, and additional legal fees may apply.

4. Refunds and Returns

  • Refunds for purchases made with BNPL are subject to our Refund Policy.
  • If a refund is issued, any payments already made will be returned to your original payment method, and the remaining installments will be canceled.

5. Account Suspension

  • Customers with unpaid balances may have their accounts suspended, limiting access to future BNPL options or other services.
